Does anyone know if deactivating an account will delete all info including house info, reviews, photos, etc? Is reactivation a simple process to reinstate?
Deactivating your actual Airbnb account or your listing? If you delete your Airbnb account you’ll lose everything. If you just want to have your listing be unavailable for awhile, you can just snooze it and unsnooze it when you are ready to take bookings again.
Your reviews are not attached to the property, but to your profile. So if you delete a listing entirely, all your past reviews still are visible on your profile, but won’t appear on a new listing. If you just snooze your listing, and then unsnooze it, all the reviews will still be there on the listing.

I “delisted” my listing during the pandemic and it was a pain to get open again. Got a lot of error messages the CS couldn’t figure out how to fix for several weeks. In hindsight, I should have snoozed it.
