Hi, Glenn, it looks like VRBO website has problems. The ‘Rules and Policies’ is not working. I cannot change anything on this page. Do you have the same problem?
Well, we just talked with them about the fraudulent listing in progress and so we cannot get into our account just now. Yesterday they said that the system was in maintenance mode and would not be fully operational for a few hours. Don’t know if that got extended.
Usually the system is working. This is unusual in my experience.

It’s been having that issue since I put my property on VRBO. I cannot open up my list because I cannot change the cancellation policy and other stuff. And it’s been 3 days…
Good afternoon, Glenn, did you try VRBO today? Do you have error message from ‘Rules&Policies’ page? Mine still shows: An error occurred and the current rental policies could not be displayed. Please try again in a few minutes.
I know, it’s been like that for 5 days.
