I have been having a hard time finding insurance agency locally that offer Short Term Rental Insurance… Does anyone have any contacts to providers of this insurance internationally… Specifically in Medellin Colombia.
You could try Proper Insurance which is backed by Loyds of London. It’s the only one I can find for my STR in MA, USA.

Airbnb is hyping AIrCover as having improved coverage including liability for hosts. Of course, we’ve all had difficulty getting Airbnb to deliver on promises.
