Cleaner fell through - help! (Melbourne)

Cleaner fell through and stopped responding to my messages. I desparately need a new reliable cleaner who can help with supply of sheets and towels and doing an airbnb clean. Are there any hosts in melbourne who can recommend a pair of reliable hands and a reasonable price?

I’m based near the Docklands. Budget is about $80-$90.

I believe there is a host group in Melbourne you would have better luck posting there.

Or try your local area FB groups and ask for recommendations.

Also, try your local Industrial cleaning places.

I agree with Helsi that your local FB pages are the best for finding a cleaner. Usually young women with pre-school infants, they will go back to whatever job they were doing beforehand, but I have made some brilliant friends over the last two years. Be prepared to be tough though on occasion; I took on someone’s sister who was very local to me and had to sack her within a week for being rubbish with attitude.

Thanks everyone for your replies. I managed to find a backup cleaner through Airtasker. This platform, while not the most friendly, does get you contacts very efficiently. However, i think its an Australian NZ service.
