As Chicago hosts know the Shared Housing Ordinance precludes multiple units in a building as short term rentals. Recently one of my property owners was approached by a company that sets up a building as a hotel to allow all units being STR. Any one hear of this?
Wouldn’t the cost of the fire regulations be incredibly expensive?
