I see that you can set a custom price and minimal stay for a specific day, but can you set a custom check-in time?

I was hoping it would be possible using advanced Rule Sets with the Professional Hosting Tools but … no. Sorry.

So, unless it can be done with some type of 3rd party tool, I think it is not possible.
