Understandable, @KKC. Most questions have to do with reviews, not responses to reviews.
Also, it’s like Inquiry vs Request.
All these words that are nearly interchangeable in the real world, but that trip you up in this (fake?) one.

I have gotten away with it many times in the past but certainly if the guest complained it would be removed so I haven’t done it in a long time. Now I comply so that they are less likely to remove the reviews in the future.
My apology. I actually did not get confused on the terms but have been proven wrong. I was remembering the view via AirReview so saw responses from the guest on their page. Thank you for your gracious response and explanation though. I greatly appreciate it and am happy to have been corrected on such a manner. What a nice change.
