Can a whole house AND a private room be listed at the same time?

I am advising a new host… the host wants to list the entire house and also a private room. Obviously, when dates are booked for the whole house the private room needs to go offline and vice versa.

Does airbnb have a ‘link’ option to do this with 2 properties in the same home?

Yes - but it only auto blocks an Airbnb booking. You need to double check if he will be listing on other OTA’s

Please post where you found it! That would be a great option so I don’t have to do it manually.

  1. Go to Listings, and select a listing
  2. Click Pricing and availability
  3. Go to Calendar sync and click Edit next to Linked Airbnb calendars
  4. Click Create linked calendars and choose a listing that contains your other listings
  5. Click Next
  6. Select the listings you want to link
  7. Click Save

Calendars are only linked between the listings you select.
