I for one am sorely disappointed thaf we don’t all have personal jetbacks. I watched the Jetsons cartoon as a child and I fully expected they would be in general use by the time I was a grownup.

Let me tell Brian about infinity. 3 years ago when I started hosting some of you may remember a 4 or 5 day stretch where no one was getting payments from their guests after they arrived. Airbnb blamed PayPal,and Paypal blamed Airbnb. I don’t know or care who was at fault. What I do remember is Airbnb NEVER emailed anyone during this time,or apologized later,as best as I can remember, so we were all in limbo during this agonizing time. To me that was INFINITY.
