Anyone in my area finding they are very quiet at the moment, it might be a quiet time of the year?
I’m in Southbank and April at this stage is looking very quiet. Only about 25% booked.
Hi There we are in Kew offer 1 room at $67-$69 a night and booked out a month in advance. We are happy with that price point as we do it as a bit of a hobby. Also we have 117 reviews and have been super hosts for almost 2 years.
Also we only take 1 person and offer additional services like meals and airport transfers at additional cost.
