Interesting, I posted recently about an owner wishing his community had not banned STR. It is/was posh neighborhood (private golf course, private club) highly defined building codes (large size, expensive materials), monied & not empathetic to people leveraging all assets for profit/income,
But the events occurred off her premises. They came running back to her house. How could she have known? They werenât throwing a party. How could she have intervened?
Iâm not saying she could have in this case. But it doesnât sound like she ever intervenes, even when there is a party going on.
