Be careful of using Smart Pricing, it could cause a calendar glitch

I’ve noticed it myself a couple of times and other hosts have mentioned it on Airbnb Community.
If you use Smart Pricing, it’s possible a guest could use Instant Book and override dates you have blocked. This could cause problems.
Anyone else had this trouble?

I’ve not had this problem with Beyondpricing - if the dates are blocked on my ‘air’ calendar, they stay blocked.
