Awaiting Review/Review Pending

Hello! I am fairly new to Air B&B and have been finding this site very useful. Thank you for taking the time to read and respond.

Since we are a new “cottage” we are keen to get reviews and have been very happy with them so far. But I can never tell when the guest has completed a review. I believe I end up writing one first…which may or may not prompt theirs. I assumed “awaiting review” was giving me a heads up to the time left for ME to review, but I read “review pending” as guest has written one and I will see it when I write mine. However, I don’t think that’s the case?? Can anyone enlighten me?

It prompts both parties to review after the reservation ends. If you write a review and they don’t, you’ll have to wait 14 days for your review to show up on their profile. If you write one and they write one, both will be published as soon as both are submitted.

Awesome - thanks Ken. I guess I haven’t been patient enough to get that email! I’ve always reviewed first. :slight_smile:
