I started airbnb hosting about 2 years ago.
I am a software engineer and have built some pretty cool tools that I use for myself.
I have developed a process that automatically notifies my cleaning company with reservations and the front desk of the lodge where my unit resides.
In addition I have a process that pulls my income from airbnb and homeaway and automatically sends the quarterly information to hotspottax.com. They file my quarterly taxes.
