Any idea why Airbnb is trying to engineer fewer Superhosts

How is the Superhost 4.8* calculated?

I recently lost my superhost status due to a couple of 3^ reviews and some 4*. I have calculated that my average at present (Jan-Dec) is 4.73 (194 stars from 41 reviews) with two weeks to go. Do I need to reach 4.80 or would 4.751 be enough. In other words do they round up to one decimal place? Secondly, from 5 bookings a month I am now getting 1 every two months.
