I am a host in Richmond CA. Recently I got letters from Richmond city about short term rent tax and business license fee
They charge me back to 2014 and plus business license fee. It’s shock for me.
Does anyone get same letter from Muniservices?
Do you pay the bill right way or do you know anyone can talk about it?

did you not realise you had to pay tax or not think they’d be able to get your address? Is it a lot of $? Sorry I can’t help, just curious?
