I just recently gave a lower review. It was a bit hard but they honestly did not deserve a better one. This is probably the first time i’ve had to do that. Honesty is the best and if I gave them the same great review as the majority of my guests then I think it lowers my standards of what is acceptable.

I just hope that when people search for the answer to their question “ I always try to be nice; do I give an honest accurate review or do I just give a generic or uncommitted good review” they get a reply like this from Google, chat, etc.

There are far too many people who think that they’re being caring when they decline to give a review that is accurate.
