As others have mentioned it’s definitely worth contacting your guest - if you have listed a shower as an amenity they will be expecting one. They might not mind using yours, but as that’s not specified you need to tell them the score before they arrive. That way they can choose whether to go ahead with the stay or opt out and ask for a refund.
