I just refreshed my website and found that Airbnb has changed the website again, making AirReview no longer work with the new profile set-up. Anyone else?
I used Air Review years ago, but quit using it because I found it to be quite glitchy. It would consistently say a host hadn’t reviewed a guest when in fact they had.

I just read their past reviews, don’t use instant book, and can get a pretty good read on prospective guests by the way they communicate in messages.
And you can check how a guest has reviewed their past trips by clicking on the profile pic of the host who left a review, scrolling down that host’s profile to see how the guest has reviewed the host. (This can be quite tedious and time consuming, though, especially if looking at a review for a stay that happened some time ago if the host has hundreds of reviews- let’s say the host reviewed the guest for a stay in March 2024- you might have to scroll quite far down the host’s reviews to get to March 2024 and see if your prospective guest left a review then.)
I seldom bother to check how a guest reviewed their past stays myself, though- I would only tend to do that if the guest was asking a ton of questions, communicating poorly, or making me suspect they might be a complaining fusspot.

Thank you so much, Muddy. That’s what I am currently doing. And, agreed, it is time-consuming. That’s why I want to use AirReview to help me find their past reviews. BTW, I emailed RankBreeze, and they helped me restore the add-on. It’s working now.
