Let’s send 2020 out with a bang! (Or a kick in the arse, for our Brit forum members.) I’ve run this by some of our mods, and hearing no objection:
$5 (or other currency equivalent) suggested donation for Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières to play.
PM me, and I will send you 1. My PayPal address for your donation and 2. A randomly generated bingo card with hosting-related words and phrases.
At the end of the game, I’ll ask that the winner(s) PM me with your marked-up bingo card attached, including DATE COMPLETED. I will then send the proceeds to Doctors Without Borders, and the first-to-complete winner(s) will be toasted and feted with a congratulatory post.
House Rules:
Play period is December 10 through December 31.
Honor system, as there’s no way your sponsor can check the cards.
Winning card has 5 spaces in a row marked off, horizontally, vertically or diagonally. All cards have one “Free” space.
Source posts must be new posts made on or after the start date of the game.
Reasonable word variations allowed (e.g., “Scented” to mark off “Scent”)
You can’t use any words from your own posts. And no collusion!
Words must be from the body of a post, not the title of a thread topic. (This means you must actually read the posts, not just scan the titles, bwahaha.)
No use of the search function allowed.
