Airbnb have witheld 2 of my holiday payments, a 3rd guest arrives today. They are witholding payment because they say I have not completed a form, which I have completed. Have spoken to Neil and Alain over the last 3 days and they have both promised, via payments, that this matter would be sorted - it is not. I cannot afford to keep paying for Airbnb guests to have a holiday. I am a superhost and have always played fair with Airbnb, so disappointed they are not playing fair with me. Is anyone else having problems like this ?

Yes they paid all they owed me within an hour of me raising it on Twitter
