I just tried to reschedule a guest at their request. The pricing looked wrong. She booked at $45/night. My nightly rate has gone up to $54/night since then and the reschedule changed the nighly price to $42. I have no idea where $42 came from. For a one night later arrival, air would dock me $70.
When I’ve rescheduled in the past it always used my current pricing. My payout should have been more because my rate has increased.
I haven’t rescheduled. Has anyone else run into strange behavior on the site? Is this part of the new terms?
