I booked a suite in Malta but I haven’t got reservation. I haven’t got money on my account and I haven’t got reservation on my profile on Airbnb. What to do? Am I reclaim money? What should I do? I wrote a million e-mails but no one answered:(
Call them or talk to them on Twitter, they usually respond fairly quickly there.
i’ve got the same issue. I contacted them on twitter and got response. Still waiting for them to check.
