Airbnb Sued by Group of Users in New York City for Breach of Privacy

Airbnb has been sued by about 25 people with apartments listed on Airbnb, whose information has been released to state attorney general Eric Schneiderman. This group, calling themselves “New Yorkers Making Ends Meet in the Sharing Economy,” are suing to prevent what they view as a breach of privacy.

What a joke. You can’t expect to rent out property you don’t own and get away with it.

Sorry to contact you on a thread that isn’t my subject. I couldn’t find how to contact you otherwise.

I made a posting that you can find by searching on Rhinebeck.

I stupidly put my email address and telephone number. Could you please delete those 2 posts?
