See attached screenshot. It looks like they refunded the guest. Am I reading it wrong? Air sent me the payout on Monday, and the money is in my bank account.
The reservation was made under the strict policy. Is there a mistake? It’s not like I couldn’t use the money, but I don’t want them to come to me in the future and ask for it back. The guest never mentioned a refund when she cancelled.
