Airbnb invites: Is it possible to share the referral link with my next guest?

If someone asks to stay at my place:
Is it possible for me to share an invite code with him so that he gets a discount on his stay?
Has anyone tried this?

You could just let him book and give him a special discount!

Even if you had someone else (friend or partner) book instead of the guest, the referral coupon would not work on your own listings.
