Hey, so I’m considering rehabbing a property in my town which I can find for about 20k-150k to make it full term rental but I don’t know if there is demand in my area. I have gone to other homes on Airbnb in my area and the majority have tons of booking to the point seems like the set it to unavailable. But the homes don’t really seem very nice so I’m not sure if there is a demand so they have no choice, therefore, they rent them. So i just want someone’s advice on my local Airbnb market and if it’s worth investing or I should move to my city. So i am based in Gainesville GA about 1hr away from Atlanta so if Atlanta would be better I will consider it. Thank You for whoever helps out!
