AirBnB honored my cancellation policy on EC claim

The guest wanted a full refund, so after her inital claim of needing a date change came up with this bizzare tale to get a refund via EC. I have refunded before, but in this case I refused when AirBnB asked me to volunteer to refund her based on her tall tales of her situation and I explained why I would NOT refund this person. Seems she could not verify her claim after all. Surprised they sided with me.

I was not able to collect valid documentation from this guest for this reservation. At this time I did communicate no further issue would be refunded.
