I have 3 small guest houses behind my house located in Santa Monica (all same address) but airbnb lists my 2 ‘Plus’ Listings Brentwood even though I am located in Santa Monica. The entire balloon on the maps in Santa Monica. I have spoken to Customer Service several times but it hasn’t been corrected. When you look at what airbnb considers the boarder of North East Santa Monica it is wrong by approx. 8 blocks which is ALOT. I have been able to correct this on my one regular (Non Plus) listing by opting for ‘exact location’ but unable to fix on Plus Listing. This is also strange because they are able to detect I am in SM on regular listing.
