Wondering if anyone else had this problem. We set our daily rates and turn off Smart pricing but Airbnb continue to change our rates to lower than our minimum. Example our min rates during the week $121 Airbnb system will drop our rates to $68. We contacted Airbnb on multiple occasions and they still have not resolve the problem.
Change your rates in the Calendar - not the pricing area
Once you start using Smart Pricing, and want to customize things, it is no longer possible to use the options for pricing under “Listing -> Pricing”. The “multi-calendar” is now your tool.
It is also a great place to apply Rule Sets - which are really useful for setting various stuff like min/max stays, pricing adjustments (% up or down), days for check-in / check-out, etc.

Are you sure you’ve removed all weekly and monthly discounts?
And you’re SURE SmartPricing is off? (Never turn it back on! Airbnb likes giving away lodging for less than the cost of cleaning. Worst pricing service ever.)
When you look in the calendar are your prices showing properly?
I’ve had rule sets not work properly, and discounts apply in ways I didn’t expect, but I’ve never had the Airbnb system change set prices.
I use smart pricing on one of my 2 listings for the same house (the smart pricing one has a 4 day minimum). It has never dropped below my minimum. It never prices it any higher, either; therefore I manually override it on certain dates e.g. Spring Break weekends.
It’s never dropped below my minimum either (but has charged some wonderfully high prices sometimes).
It does seem though that the answer to the OP’s problem won’t be found here.
