There’s a commercial for some kind of credit card that includes an Airbnb-like sound. Every time I hear it, I always look at my phone, thinking it’s the Airbnb sound I haven’t heard in a long time.
Of course our listings aren’t even open!

sorry, what? I don’t get any sounds from airbnb. is there a way to set our messaging so a booking has a certain sound? (a booking, not a message)
Yes - on the iPhone - go to settings for the app.
B.com sound like an old time cash register.
VRBO just uses the standard phone ding.
Airbnb sounds harpish
I haven’t seen a way to differentiate the sound of a booking from a message. And I can’t find a way to change the app’s sound, either.
i could probably make a different sound on my iphone for the saved Airbnb contact. perhaps i’ll do that, just for funsies
