Thinking about renting out my home when we are in florida 1/2 the year and need help from you experts.
Just curious, are there any rules in the hosting that mandate a refund even days/weeks after a guest stays?
such as sleeps 5 when one is just a couch, violating some policy that says the punishment is removal from the site however cryptic?
Oppositely, outside of direct requirements in the owners rental contract can you terminate or void the contract even when rules are found to have been broken after they move in?
Lighting a fire on the property, lying about how many in the party or ages?
