I rely on the Air app notifications and just discovered in email that I had an inquiry sitting for 5 hours. I never received notification from the app.
Anyone else have a problem tonight? Is there a central place on the Air website to look for system or service outages? Thanks!
@Helsi, I usually do get them on my phone, too (“Air app notifications”) but for some reason did not get a notification of this booking request. Last week, the Air app messaging was down and I had to try multiple times to message my guest.
