I was trying to resolve an issue with Aibnb customer service today. The audio quality made it near impossible to have any kind of meaningful conversation. It cut out erratically and one rep tried calling me back. The connection was dropped several times. I have actually worked for a major telephone company and heads would have ROLLED if there was service like that.
It depends on the time of day – and location on the planet – you’re talking to. Each of the CS Centers has it’s own hours of operation. Here in Florida (Eastern Time Zone), if I call before 2 PM I usually get a CS in Ireland. After 2PM I get CS in California (9AM in their time zone).
