I’m an academic looking for Hosts to complete an online survey. I’m also a host that has had a bad experience, $18,000 in damages, and also good experiences. I got to wondering if Airbnb hosts have a different viewpoint on humanity than guests or non-users. So I put together this study. There is a raffle for $50 gift card to Airbnb or Amazon (your choice) for those who respond. The survey is actually open to anyone but I’m short on hosts so really need help here.
