A queen & a twin bed in a large room?

I am re-listing our two bedroom home which has two King beds. I would like to reconfigure the second bedroom (not the master suite) to have a queen bed and a twin bed? Any thoughts of what type of frames?: Platform, base, holiday frame.

Appreciate your advice!

First, make sure the size of the room can accommodate those beds. And assess your own market for that many bodies and furniture in one room.

Where are you located? What type of guests are you looking to attract? That all makes a difference.

Having 1-2 high quality folding single cots allows for even more guests and are easily stored in closets.

We originally bought one for our niece to sleep on when she stayed over and it is perfect for the airbnb - and has allowed us to host bigger parties for more money on several weekends.
