I’ve had a bit of a frustrating weekend with “those kind” of guests. So I’ve updated my listing with some honesty:
It now says, “If you are entitled, grouchy, or deceitful, this is not the house for you. Those kind of people suck the joy out of hosting and we would rather they stay elsewhere.”
This is on a listing I will be shutting down in a few months to sell, so I don’t really care about any fall out.

I read a futuristic novel where they no longer put criminals in prison, they just tattooed their crime or issue across their forehead to warn others, like “Poor impulse control” or “Attempts to obtain sex by force”.
When I read your post, I had a vision of people walking around with “Entitled, grouchy, and/or deceitful” tattooed across their foreheads. 
I should shorten my reviews like that! Clean and entitled. Dirty and deceitful. Grouchy and OK house. Just list their “crimes” 
sounds like the guy who has a car I want to buy… send a deposit before I see it???
Here, real estate really works that way. “No viewing without a contract”. Crazy.
