So I knew the scam where the guests try to modify their reservation dates to later and then cancel but I just got a request to modify a reservation to include more guests. When I looked at the reservation page it shows today as the booking date not two days ago which gives the guests another 48 to cancel. URGH!
I even asked a Airbnb Customer Service Rep this question a few months ago and they assured me that no it would not start the clock again but it did.
