I watched most of it, and then had to leave for about 30 minutes after both sides pled their one minute cases.

So is this only affecting the French Quarter, and all of the other surrounding neighborhoods can still rent whole homes as STR for more than 90 days…no limit?

The fq is banned except the 200-700 block of bourbon St. The 90 day limit is for whole homes everywhere else in the city, no limit of amount allowed. Everything starts April 1st 2017.
