We have been hosting since June, 2018, and currently have bookings about 25 days of each month. Before buying this house, which we bought because of its potential to become a vacation rental, I was a clinical hypnotherapist and my husband taught at a community college. Becoming rental hosts feels incredibly rewarding to us, as we thoroughly enjoy providing affordable, but well-appointed lodging for visitors.
