I'm Kate and I'm a co-host. I'd like to be a host one day, but first I need to buy a home, which is impossible to do if you live in San Francisco these day $$$$$.

I'm very active in the short-term rental community because the nature of my work. I work for a company whose primary goal is to solve the biggest concern that hosts have - BIGGGG party.
