Newbie host to Airbnb. Living in So Cal. Bought a vacation home in Lake Havasu City, AZ which we vacation at at least once a month. We offer the LHC house on Airbnb to approximately 2 guest bookings per month, plus friends who also pay us to rent it. Looking to learn more about hosting and its pros and cons.
