Hi, I have been managing vacation rentals in the town I live in for about three years now. I actually do all the managing, advertising, maintenance, and cleaning only because finding good help is I’m beginning to think impossible, but I still have hope. I enjoy meeting all the new guests and to see them having fun and enjoying their time with family and friends, and relaxing is what motivates me the most. If my guests are happy with the home and appear to be without stress then I know I have done my job. Sure it can be stressful and definitely will test your patience and leave you in disbelief every now and then but you will have that with any job. I am very open to new ideas and love learning new things so hopefully, this will help me do just that. strong text
