I’m working with a couple friends to start up our first AirBnB in a couple months after some work on the property is finished. So I’m trying to rapidly learn everything I can to make this work as smoothly as possible and to be as kind and considerate as possible to everyone involved (neighbors, cleaners, guests, ourselves!).
