New to the short term rental but love hosting and offerring a beautiful, comfortable space. Still working long hours 4 days a week, but hope to continue hosting when I retire in 6 years. Would like to have 2- 3 rentals tops by then. My husband co hosts with me and is a huge help. Covid virus has made life different for everyone, and has seriously impacted socializing so I have really spent a lot of spare time learning about the business and improving my rental. Love to read, dance, sing, and be outdoors. I speak spanish fluently and love practice on my Hispanic guests.
