Hi, I’ve been an AirBnB host for about 5 years now (can’t remember, too lazy to look it up). Getting an education lurking on this forum, so thought I’d sign up. At this writing, August, 2020, I’m taking a break from hosting because I use a spare room in my home and don’t feel comfortable with COVID going on.

My place is in one of the many California wine countries (remember when it was only Napa?) so I usually get lots of wine tasters and wedding guests.

I’m here for the community and grateful for the collective wisdom.
