I have a single Airbnb bedroom with a private bathroom in my office building. It’s a unique set up but I try to keep it affordable and people seem to like it. The guests share the downstairs spaces like the kitchen, dining room, powder room, porch and patio with the office rentals. I often have people traveling for work or visiting family or my tourist/college town of New Paltz, NY.
