My husband and I have our ABNB in the basement of our home. Fully furnished apartment all tastefully decorated with Penn State memoribillia. My husband is alumni and we have a huge football crowd during PSU games so our first year has been a blowout w amazing guests!!! All have been amazing and respectful of house rules.
We rent all year long for any occasion.
