I live in Northern VA, just outside of Washington D.C. I have had traditional rental properties for nearly 30 years and am a 2nd generation landlord. I entered the Executive Rental business in 2010 with 2 condos in Denver, Colorado. I sold those properties in 2016 and acquired a STR in WV where we have a 2nd home and other business interests (80 miles from our home in VA.)
