I commenced as a host on Airbnb in January 2017. I live in the house and offer two rooms. I am enjoying the income I make and for the most part enjoy the guests. I used to let rooms out to locals in the area for long term situations but I prefer the Airbnb now. I love not having to collect the money or get stuck with an unsuitable housemate.
